【Expected Use】  
This product is suitable for the rapid detection of high pathogenic Vibrio (HLV)
pathogens in shrimp, aquaculture water, aquaculture soil, and feed. Vibrio 
containing toxic plasmids can cause high pathogenic Vibrio disease (HLV,
commonly known as "glass shrimp"), with the main symptoms in affected 
shrimp being weak vitality, turbid body color, empty intestines and stomach, 
and a blurred outline of the hepatopancreas, which appears pale yellow and
 in a glassy state with no tissue structure. This kit uses the TaqMan fluorescent 
probe method for the rapid quantitative detection of the HLV-A and HLV-B 
genes carried by toxic plasmids that can cause high pathogenic Vibrio disease.
